I feel very, very fortunate and blessed to have a job right now. I’ve heard on the local news radio broadcast that the government has officially declared that the recession is over. They say that it will be 2011 or 2012 before there is a recovery in jobs lost. For the last month, I have probably actually worked 25  to 30 hours (out of 160 total hours.) For the balance of that 160 hours, I’ve sat at my desk and answered phones. But praise God, I am receiving salary and benefits for a full 40 hours per week. I pray that my job remains secure. It would be very difficult to go without it.
